Two more novelas under the title, The Adventures of Noldo and his magical scooter appeared in 2015 with the third book, Noldo Saves the Day selected as a finalist in the International Latino Book Award competition for 2015. The fourth book, Noldo Faces the Hard Times was also entered but did not make the cut.

A fifth Noldo novel is ready for publication, probably in 2017, in which Noldo is older and bolder. The working title is The Wizard of the Blue Hole, and pits two wizards against each other for control of San Antonio, with Noldo siding with his barrio friend and mentor. Battles involving nature take place in the underground rivers below the city and in the skies above.
